The digital landscape is changing at pace. We’re growing fast and are looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our award-winning team.
We’re looking for an Account Director who combines strategic thinking, digital expertise and an energetic and collaborative working style to help lead some of our key client relationships. We operate fully hybrid working. Our Brighton office is just a stone’s throw from the station so join us in the office, work remotely, or choose a blend that suits you. No matter where you work we make sure we get together a couple of times a month in person.
About the role
As Account Director, you will be the lead day-to-day client contact for international brands, reporting into a Client Services Director. You willl also work with (and help mentor) Senior Account Managers or executives.
You will:
- Build strong, trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor
- Communicate digital strategies and tactical plans clearly and confidently
- Review performance, identify opportunities, and proactively evolve the work
- Coordinate internal delivery teams and our global LIME network to ensure high-quality output
- Bring cultural curiosity and insight to every project, helping clients understand what makes consumers tick in different markets
Our clients span multiple sectors and countries, so an interest in global audiences, cultural nuance, and international digital marketing is essential.
About you
You will have…
- Significant experience managing client relationships in a digital marketing agency, ideally in a similar role
- Strong understanding of paid media, with direct experience managing search and/or social campaigns
- Proven ability to shape strategy, providing solution based account management not just managing activity
- A track record of building commercially strong client relationships
- Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and guiding them to deliver their best work
- Confident, thoughtful communication skills across email, calls, meetings, and presentations
- An active interest in industry developments and a desire to keep learning
