As a Qolcom Account Director you will be responsible for the identification, development, and successful closure of new business opportunities within a designated sales region and existing customers, with a strong focus on networking, security, and infrastructure solutions delivered in partnership with strategic tier‑one vendors.
Job Role Responsibilities
* Identify, create, campaign and close new sales opportunities aligned to Qolcom’s core capabilities: Digital Workplace, Intelligent Infrastructure & Security
* Own and drive opportunities with a strong emphasis on solutions built around HP Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco, and Juniper technologies
* Provide full commercial ownership across all stages of the opportunity lifecycle, from qualification through to commercial close and transition to delivery
* Maintain Qolcom’s interaction with customers by fostering multi‑level relationships, including senior IT, security, networking, and executive stakeholders
