Communication & Presentation:

You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to manage multiple work streams and client relationships You're an engaging and persuasive presenter and enjoy pitching - both on brand new opportunities and leading ongoing client creative development You're a compelling writer, able to adapt tone and style across pitch presentations, marketing materials, briefing documents and SOWs You understand the need for clear communications, both internally and with clients

Commercial & Operational Excellence:

You have strong commercial acumen - from opportunity mining and revenue forecasting to managing proposals, budgets, and reconciliation You know how to shape and secure scopes of work with clear and measurable objectives, while protecting space for creative explorationYou have relentless attention to detail, ensuring our work is accurate and professional You understand that great work comes from great collaboration - you're a connector who brings out the best in creative teams

Experience Required: 10+ years' relevant experience within brand experience, events and experiential design. As an intentionally tech-focused agency, we're looking for your experience to include work with global technology brands - and a portfolio that showcases not just what you've delivered, but the creative thinking behind it. Location: Our offices are located in Farnham, Surrey. We have a flexible working approach to our working week; for this role you would be required to be in the office four days a week.
