As one of Webflow’s first Sales hires in the UK and an inaugural member of our London office, you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our presence in the UK and across Germany and Central Europe as we expand throughout the EMEA region.This is a unique opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy from the ground up.You will develop a strong outbound sales pipeline, engage key stakeholders, and manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospect to close. Working cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, you’ll ensure a seamless, consultative experience that addresses customer needs and drives long-term value. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.Reporting to the Director, EMEA SalesAs an Account Executive, EMEA you’ll …Engage deeply with potential customers to uncover pain points, assess needs, and help to refine our ideal customer profile primarily in Germany & Central EuropeCreate and drive outbound opportunities through strategic account planning, compelling points of view (POVs), and effective collaboration between Sales Development and Marketing teamsClearly articulate and champion Webflow’s vision, value proposition, and product differentiation tailoring messaging to resonate with EMEA audiences and market dynamicsWork closely with internal teams such as Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to drive a value-driven sales processGenerate momentum in the partner ecosystem in EMEA which is crucial to successful pre-sales and post-sales experiences for our customersMaintain clear, consistent communication with multiple stakeholders to drive momentum and reduce friction during the sales cycleShare feedback from the field, help define best practices, and contribute to the foundation and culture of Webflow’s EMEA teamIn addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.RequirementsAbout you:3+ years of experience managing and closing full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a high-growth or startup settingSkilled in working lead queues, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generationStrong ability to lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and technical understandingExperience working with a robust partner ecosystem and navigating partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and reseller dealsFluent in German with advanced proficiency in both spoken and written communications; Dutch is optionalYou’ll thrive as an Account Executive, EMEA if you:Confidently communicate and can tailor messaging to different audiences, from individual contributors to C-level executivesHave deep experience working cross-functionally with teams like Product, Engineering, Support and MarketingHave a strong focus on understanding customer challenges through a consultative, solutions-oriented approachCan comfortably navigate ambiguity, influence cross-functional teams, and contribute to the foundation of a new regional presenceEmbrace continuous learning and growth by actively expanding knowledge in emerging technologies like AI to drive creativity, accelerate progress, and enhance impactStay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impactOur Core BehaviorsObsess over customer experience.
