Account Executive (SaaS / Hybrid)

Job Description
We’re excited to be partnering with a VC backed hospitality scale-up that has recently raised funding and is now expanding its Sales team. As part of this growth, they’re looking to hire 2 commercially driven Account Executives to help fuel their continued expansion across the UK and Europe.
Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, you’ll play a key role in driving new business, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to close. This is a great opportunity for a creative, highly autonomous salesperson who enjoys hunting, moving deals forward and closing with confidence.
You’ll be joining a small but mighty team of 30 people, based in London, working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home. The environment is fast paced, collaborative and full of opportunity to make a real impact.
As an Account Executive you will:
- Own and expand your European territory, uncovering untapped opportunities and building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Hunt, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients, driving deals forward with confidence and speed
- Deliver engaging, persuasive demos that clearly showcase the value of our SaaS solution
- Partner with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that accelerate adoption and fuel revenue growth
- Analyse performance, optimise your approach, and relentlessly drive your pipeline to exceed targets
We want to hear from you if:
- You have 2+ years’ closing success in a new business focused sales role
- You have experience selling into hospitality/ leisure chains or selling SaaS platforms
- You’re a proactive, self motivated individual with high energy and a positive mindset
- You’re comfortable working in a fast paced scale up environment and thrive with autonomy
What do they offer?
- Salary of £40,000 - £60,000 + commission
