The Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll work exclusively with existing Citation clients, identifying opportunities to introduce and sell our wide range of add-on services.
From Fire Safety and Electrical services to ISO certifications and eLearning solutions, you’ll have a diverse product suite to offer—meaning no two conversations are the same.
This is a true end-to-end sales role. You’ll:
- Proactively engage your client base
- Conduct consultative needs analysis
- Recommend tailored solutions from our extensive portfolio
- Handle objections confidently
- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle
Your success will come from strengthening relationships, increasing account value, and helping clients maximise the value of their partnership with Citation.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with existing Citation clients to uncover current and future needs
- Cross-sell and upsell services across our broad product range
- Deliver compelling, solution-led sales conversations
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to close
- Maintain and forecast your pipeline using CRM systems
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What You Bring
- Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Confidence in consultative selling across multiple service lines
- Excellent objection handling and closing skills
- A resilient, target-driven mindset
- Strong organisational skills and CRM proficiency
