Are you an experienced financial services sales professional looking to progress your career within a high-volume finance environment? This is an office-based role focused on generating and converting finance opportunities from qualified data. You will manage the full sales process from first contact through to deal completion. Benefits Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 basic plus OTE £50,000 to £55,000 Monthly commission payments based on performance Structured onboarding and sales training Clear progression within the sales function Key Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to newly acquired data Identify and qualify customer finance requirements Sell Tier 1 backed finance products to SME customers Present tailored funding solutions based on customer needs Build and manage a live pipeline of opportunities Progress deals from proposal through to completion Maintain regular contact with customers to drive repeat business Process finance applications accurately and efficiently Liaise with internal teams to support deal completion Work with external funders to ensure smooth transaction delivery Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records Skills Required Two to three years' experience as an Account Executive within financial services Proven track record of achieving sales targets Experience selling finance products in a high-volume environment Strong telephone-based sales and objection handling skills Ability to manage multiple live deals simultaneously Strong verbal and written communication skills Results driven and comfortable working to targets Venator Executive Venator Executive is a specialist recruitment consultancy that helps organisations build high performing sales, operations and finance teams.
