At Sage Partners, the Account Executive position is designed for individuals at the early stage of their career who want to learn quickly, develop practical skills and build a long-term path into business and leadership.

Account Executive - What you need to know

✅ Career progression based on merit, not time.

✅ Immediate start or within 4 weeks

✅ Base Salary starting at £25,000 - Never commission only

✅ Performance based incentives - average OTE £35,000 to £45,000 in the first year

✅ Coaching and mentorship - full paid training will be provided

Sage Partners is currently expanding and growing our Birmingham team as we prepare for the next phase of development.

Over the next 18 months, the company plans to expand operations into Milton Keynes, Leicester and London, with international expansion into the United States planned for early 2027.

Training and development

From the beginning, you’ll be supported through structured development delivered by experienced managers.

Training focuses on building practical capability across client interaction, communication, teamwork, professionalism and business fundamentals. The goal is to help you develop the skills needed to grow into more senior opportunities as you progress.



Our hiring process - so you know what to expect

Stage 2 – A formal interview with the hiring team.
