We\'ve launched recently and are growing quickly, adding roughly seven figures of ARR per month. We\'ve built a rockstar team of engineers, AI researchers, and patent attorneys, and we are now looking for a talented, high-energy GTM team member to build and scale ARR to $1B+. Internally, this role is referred to as “Product & Partnerships Counsel”. It is a full-stack Account Executive role. You\’ll Be Responsible For
Building GTM motion: develop our sales & growth strategy from the ground up to scale to $1B+ ARR. Generating leads: network with IP leaders and key decision makers; attend conferences and events; execute outbound via email/LinkedIn/phone; book demos and leverage warm introductions. Demo’ing product: present demos to decision makers; show how AI can transform their business and workflows. Closing deals: follow up with leads, negotiate, and close; collaborate with the Technical IP team to facilitate onboardings. Building product: provide feedback to our AI PhDs, software developers, and patent attorneys on customer reactions and industry directions; work with the product team to inform the roadmap.

What you bring As one of the first members of our GTM team: Must Haves
Proven track record as an exceptionally high-performing Account Executive or sales professional at a SaaS company with a strong performance culture. Exceptionally clear communication skills (written and verbal). Metrics-driven, high energy, and willingness to grind with the team.
Preferred Haves
Experience selling complex SaaS products to mid-market and enterprise companies/firms in a technical niche. Technical undergraduate degree in a STEM subject.
Nice To Haves
Experience with patent prosecution (US preferred) and/or legal background. Qualified USPTO/EPO patent attorney/agent (US preferred). Existing IP network (in-house and/or outside counsel). Entrepreneurial experience or involvement in side projects/startups. Experience using AI products.
