The Role

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing the delivery and implementation of data-powered marketing solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll be the day-to-day contact for key accounts, supporting campaigns that bring together analytics, digital media, creative services, and technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Ownership & Delivery

  • Lead core areas of day-to-day account management and ensure a first-class client experience.
  • Build strong client relationships and confidently present updates, strategic insights, and performance results.
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, data-informed marketing solutions.

Project Coordination & Strategy

  • Develop and manage client KPIs, reporting dashboards, and campaign performance reviews.
  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations aligned with client goals.
  • Liaise with technology partners to ensure solutions and integrations meet client requirements.
  • Support scoping and diagnostic work for new clients and new projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, creative, and paid media teams to deliver comprehensive marketing programmes.
  • Prepare presentations, workflow outlines, and performance overviews for internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, media channels, and the wider digital ecosystem.
  • Experience working with data technology, analytics tools, or CRM/CDP/DMP platforms (training provided for the right person).
  • Excellent communication skills — able to work with a wide range of people, from technical teams to senior-level clients.
  • Confident managing accounts independently while working collaboratively within a wider delivery team.
  • Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities within a creative and fast-growing environment.
  • A genuine interest in consumer behaviour, digital content, and ideally sport or entertainment.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Above all: motivated, organised, curious, and ready to learn.

Background & Experience

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, media, or marketing technology.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships.
  • Confident presenting in formal or senior-level settings.
