Account Manager, EMEA – Oxford Analytica & Dragonfly
Location: London (or other EMEA location, as applicable)
About the Role
As the Account Manager, EMEA, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Oxford Analytica and Dragonfly clients within the EMEA region. You will lead on renewal success for your accounts, building strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
Working closely with the Head of GRI Sales, you will implement client retention and growth strategies that align with our broader commercial objectives. You will also collaborate with Client Success teams and Business Development Managers to ensure an excellent client experience and sustainable revenue growth.
About the Team
Oxford Analytica and Dragonfly, part of Dow Jones, provide world-class geopolitical, market, and security intelligence to clients across the public and private sectors. We work with senior decision-makers in government, international organisations, and multinational corporations, helping them navigate complex, fast-changing environments.
You Will:
Manage a portfolio of accounts in your allocated territory, ensuring on-time renewals and upsell opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges.
Identify opportunities to deliver additional value through cross-selling and upselling solutions.
Develop and execute tailored account strategies to maximise both gross and net revenue retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor account performance, track engagement, and proactively address potential risks.
You Have:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
A strong background in account management, ideally within the geopolitical, market intelligence, or professional services sectors.
A proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue growth targets.
Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of industry and market trends.
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
