Your new company Our client are a specialist facilities service provider who deliver services to large commercial portfolios and estates across the UK. They are hiring an Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis for a large, specialised commercial property estate in Salisbury. Your new role As Account Manager you will be operating at a senior-level capacity to lead the successful delivery of facilities maintenance services to a large, complex estate. You will play a central role in implementing the operational strategy across the contract, ensuring delivery of high-quality maintenance services, including reactive, planned, and grounds maintenance, that meet all contractual KPIs and SLAs. Your responsibilities will include regular service reviews, ensuring statutory compliance across client assets, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing the capability to successfully deliver capital projects that align with client needs.
