Our client is hiring for a motivated Account Management Specialist to join a fast-paced FinTech Partnerships team inLondon.

In this role, youll have the opportunity to shape the future of payment solutions by working closely with some of the industrys largest and most innovative payment partners.

What Youll Do: Monitor the performance and operations of major payment partner accounts to ensure seamless delivery and drive continuous improvement. Lead and manage short- to mid-term projects focused on process optimisation and operational efficiency, both internally and externally. Run day-to-day operations for key partner accounts, providing insights through regular reporting and recommending enhancements to commercial processes. Take ownership of a secondary task within the FinTech Partnerships team, such as incident management, CRM administration and optimisation, or stakeholder management and knowledge sharing.
