SPORTFIVE UK is recruiting an experienced and passionate Account Manager to join our Brand Solutions team. This role will focus on the execution and day-to-day management of a Formula 1 sponsorship for a leading B2B technology client. The role will be based in the UK and will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Europe and the US to deliver best-in-class sponsorship activations that integrate brand values and drive business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sport, innovation, and business, contributing to one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing areas in the global sports landscape.

• Lead the day-to-day account management and execution of sponsorship activations across Formula 1 properties in the EMEA region.
• Act as the key liaison between the client, rights-holders, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and on-brand delivery of partnership assets.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Oversee the development of event activations, content creation, and hospitality programs.
• Support reporting and performance analysis of sponsorship activities using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Manage asset tracking, rights delivery, and approvals processes with precision and attention to detail.
• Support ideation and strategic planning for sponsorship renewals, pitch development, and new initiatives.
• Collaborate with the US-based account leadership and global SPORTFIVE teams to ensure seamless cross-market coordination.
• Stay up to date on Formula 1 industry trends and identify opportunities for brand innovation and cultural relevance.
• 3–5 years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, or account management.
• Proven experience activating global sponsorships, preferably in motorsports or Formula 1.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent client servicing skills with the confidence to lead communications, presentations, and status updates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with project management tools would be beneficial.
• Comfortable working across time zones and with international teams.
• Available to travel nationally and internationally, including some weekends.
• Strong understanding of brand marketing, event activation, and integrated campaign execution.
• A passion for sport, particularly Formula 1, and a deep understanding of the fan and media landscape.
