Role: Account Manager

Salary: £32,000 base + OTE

The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, starting conversations, and helping to build a strong sales pipeline.

• Researching and identifying potential new clients
• Reaching out via phone, email, and networking
• Booking meetings and qualifying opportunities
• This is a hands-on role where you’ll quickly gain confidence, responsibility, and commercial awareness.

Training & Development

No previous sales experience is required. You’ll complete Furza’s 4-month training programme, designed specifically for graduates and early-career professionals:

• 2–4 weeks of structured, in-office training, covering sales fundamentals, communication skills, and business development techniques
• Ongoing coaching and support for a further two months as you transition into the role
