They provide high-quality demographic and housing data, analysis,and forecasts, helping their clients plan for future demand with confidence. Their clientsinclude many of the UK’s major water companies and local authorities. The Role We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager (or Strategic Account Manager) to helpstrengthen existing client relationships and drive business growth. This is a client-facing andcommercially focused role, working closely with our client’s technical and analytical teams.You’ll manage a portfolio of key clients, support the successful delivery of projects, and identifyopportunities for growth through strategic account development and business development. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service anddelivery. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for newprojects, products, or service enhancements. Lead proposal development, including pricing, scoping, and coordination with technicalteams. Contribute to business development activities, including bids, tenders, and strategicpartnerships. Monitor client satisfaction and performance, proactively resolving any issues. Provide input into strategic planning for account growth and sector expansion. About You Proven experience in account management, business development, or clientrelationship roles — ideally in data, analytics, consultancy, or infrastructure sectors. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage seniorstakeholders. Commercially astute, with experience identifying and converting growth opportunities. Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients and projectssimultaneously. An interest in data, forecasting, or infrastructure planning would be advantageous. Why Join Us?
