Our client, a specialist office furniture supplier, is on the lookout for an organised, personable, and proactive Salesperson to join their vibrant team in Clerkenwell!
If you're ready to elevate your career in a collaborative environment, read on! ✨\n\n Location: Showroom-based, Clerkenwell (work from home two days a week)\n ⌚ Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday\n Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience) + Very Generous Uncapped Commission\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n As our Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in end-to-end account management, focusing on:\n\nAchieving sales targets while nurturing existing client relationships.\nGenerating new client relationships and exploring fresh opportunities.\nProviding a seamless and professional service throughout the order, delivery, and installation processes.Your varied tasks will include:\n\nGathering pricing and raising quotes in the company's standard format.\nProposing alternatives to meet client needs.\nKeeping all paperwork up-to-date and organised.\nmaximising delivery efficiency by liaising with the installation team and clients.\nBuilding our brand through strong relationships with Dealers, Architects, and Designers.\nAttending events and networking outside of core hours to enhance visibility and connections. About You:\n To shine in this role, you should bring:\n\nProven experience in exceptional customer service and account management within the commercial furniture industry.\nA positive and proactive approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.\nStrong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.\nProficiency in computer skills, especially Excel and Word.\nA self-starter mentality, ensuring colleagues are always kept in the loop.\nKnowledge of how quality office furniture solutions can enhance workplace productivity and success.
