Account Manager / Sales Executive

Location: Basildon

Salary: £35000

Working hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Managing key client accounts, ensuring they receive excellent service and identifying opportunities for growth Engaging and influencing customers, from one off buyers to long term accounts Handling a mix of standard and more complex enquiries, providing quotations and processing orders Gathering competitor and market intelligence, analysing opportunities, and helping to secure profitable business Meeting with clients to develop relationships and secure new business opportunities Working closely and negotiating with UK and international suppliersKey Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Competence with CRM systems, Word, and Excel Ability to up-sell, cross-sell, and contribute to profit growthOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
