We’re partnering with a dynamic, independent shopper marketing agency in London to recruit an experienced Account Manager with strong BTL campaign expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected agency known for delivering creative, commercially impactful work, particularly within the drinks sector.

The Role

As Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key client accounts, leading the delivery of integrated shopper and BTL campaigns from brief through to execution. You’ll work closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectation.


You’ll be:

  • Leading day-to-day client communications and building strong, trusted relationships
  • Managing end-to-end BTL campaign delivery (POS, experiential, retail activation, promotions)
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative shopper-focused solutions
  • Overseeing timelines, budgets, and profitability
  • Presenting campaign proposals and post-campaign evaluations
  • Identifying opportunities for organic account growth


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven agency-side Account Management experience
  • Strong BTL campaign management experience (essential)
  • Experience working on shopper marketing / retail activation campaigns
  • Drinks sector experience highly desirable (alcoholic or non-alcoholic brands)
  • Commercially minded with strong budget management skills
  • Confident presenter with excellent client-facing ability
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-driven


This role would suit a confident Senior Account Executive ready to step up, or an established Account Manager looking for greater ownership within an independent agency environment.
