We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join EMU Australia, a globally recognised footwear brand, as part of our dynamic and successful European team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales role focused on working with independent and key retail partners across the South UK territory (including London). Your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of EMU Australia's 365 footwear business within your existing accounts, while also identifying and securing new high-quality retail partners in key towns and cities throughout your territory.

This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel. You’ll be on the road visiting customers for brand introductions, securing orders, delivering training, and providing ongoing support.

You will manage your own schedule, planning customer visits and effectively balancing time between nurturing current relationships and developing new business. A strong work ethic and a results-driven approach are essential, as you'll be expected to meet and exceed both monthly and seasonal sales targets.

Your Impact

To strengthen brand visibility and boost in-store performance, you’ll create compelling EMU Australia product presentations tailored to each store. This includes coordinating promotions, visual merchandising, staff training, and integrating retail partners’ social media with the brand’s platforms.

You’ll provide regular updates on your region’s performance to the European General Manager, working collaboratively to enhance EMU Australia's presence in your market.

About You

You’re self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and capable of working independently. Whether you already have wholesale sales experience in fashion or footwear—or come from a fashion retail management background—your attitude and enthusiasm to grow within the role will set you apart.

At EMU Australia, we’re committed to developing talent and promoting from within.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

·Drive, passion, and a positive attitude

·Proven sales success, ideally in fashion or footwear

·Understanding of brand positioning and retail distribution

·Strong communication and presentation skills

·Awareness of social media as a retail support & sales tool

·Excellent time management and organisational skills

·High attention to detail with strong administrative abilities

·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Key Requirements:

·Daily travel within your territory

·Regular overnight stays, especially during peak sales periods

·Cold calling and new business development

·Full & clean UK driving licence required

What We Offer:

You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, along with all the tools needed to thrive in the role. Your success will be driven by your energy and proactive mindset.

The Package Includes:

·Competitive base salary

·Annual performance bonus

·Fully expensed company car

·Laptop, Ipad and mobile phone

·Pension contribution

·Bupa Healthcare

We look forward to receiving your application and hopefully welcoming you to the EMU Australia team.
