Job Description

As Account Manager Trade Sales, you will play a key role in driving partner performance and expanding the organisation’s presence across the UK through a portfolio of strategic travel agency relationships. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you’ll manage and grow a diverse portfolio of partners, representing the organisation at trade events and driving commercial success across the UK market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership performance: Deliver and exceed revenue and activity targets through joint business plans, campaigns, and growth initiatives with travel agency partners.
  • Brand and partner advocacy: Increase awareness of the organisation within the UK trade, promoting its unique value proposition and highlighting partner activities.
  • Relationship management: Build strong, long-term partnerships with travel agencies nationwide, serving as the main contact for queries, escalations, and commercial discussions.
  • Partner enablement: Equip partners with tools, training, and resources to effectively sell the organisation’s products.
  • Onboarding and reactivation: Identify, onboard, and re‑energise travel agency partners to expand and strengthen the distribution network.
  • Revenue growth: Use market research and partner feedback to identify joint revenue opportunities and collaborate with internal teams on regional campaigns.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor partner performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy and prioritisation.
  • Reporting and collaboration: Maintain accurate partner data, provide forecasts, and work cross‑functionally with marketing and product teams to align go‑to‑market plans.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in travel industry partnerships or B2B sales, ideally within the luxury or premium segment.
  • Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and build long‑term partner relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK travel market, agency networks, and trade dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Self‑motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel and represent the organisation at industry events.
