The company prides itself on maintaining high standards, and due to their continued success, they are expanding their team and are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join them as an Account Manager.

Title: Account Executive

Role and Responsibilities:

The Account Manager reports directly to the Commercial Manager, supporting the External Sales team, satisfying customer requirements in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

Working as part of the Commercial team, the Account Manager's responsibilities are:

Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring we are their preferred supplier of choice.

Build a strong teamwork ethic with the External Sales.

Liaise with colleagues at all levels to ensure work flows smoothly through the business, keeping all stakeholders up to date.

Process estimating enquiries from External Sales and Customers, collating and issuing to the Estimating Team for quoting, using software systems in place.

Process customer orders/forecasts using software systems in place, liaising with all stakeholders, taking into consideration:
