The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our UK team, managing a portfolio of multi-site, commercially important clients across the UK and Europe — including global hotel brands and UK leisure, casual dining, bar and pub groups.
Your clients might include brands like Hilton, Hotel Indigo and Pullman, plus leisure and hospitality operators such as Hollywood Bowl, Marstons, PAUL Patisserie, Be At One and YHA.
You’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and spotting opportunities to deepen partnerships. Working closely with our music curators, motion graphics designers, project managers, and technical specialists, you’ll help bring brand atmospheres to life through seamless creative and operational delivery.
This role suits someone who enjoys the engine room of account management, keeping things running smoothly, being highly responsive, and building trusted client relationships through great service, organisation and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary client contact for a portfolio of UK and European accounts, ensuring clear, reliable and responsive service day-to-day.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for our creative and delivery teams — balancing brand needs with operational realities (multi-site rollouts, consistency, approvals, timelines).
• Oversee ongoing delivery, including music updates, feedback cycles and operational requests across multiple venues — making sure tasks land smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders (often operational and marketing teams) and spot opportunities to improve service, support rollouts and retain accounts long-term.
• Support proposals and renewals, helping shape practical solutions that make life easier for clients and add measurable value.
• Prepare client-facing presentations, decks and proposals, ensuring they are clear and well-structured.
• For clients with video content, understand creative briefs and brand guidelines, brief motion graphics/design resources, and provide clear creative direction and feedback.
• Arrange and coordinate video content scheduling and programming across different screen types, installations and sites, ensuring content is delivered and updated accurately.
• Stay up to date with hospitality and leisure trends, bringing a practical mindset to client conversations — focused on what will work on-site, at scale, and in day-to-day operation.
• Keep on top of client schedules, deliverables and internal coordination — ensuring timelines, approvals and updates are handled efficiently.
• Help manage service issues calmly and professionally, working closely with technical and operations teams to resolve problems quickly.
• Support the mentoring of junior account managers and coordinators, sharing best practice and helping maintain team standards.
• Help strengthen processes across these accounts — building consistency, improving ways of working, and making sure the everyday client experience feels polished and proactive.
Skills & Experience
• 5+ years’ experience in account management or client services, ideally within hospitality, leisure, multi-site retail, entertainment, food & beverage, or fast-paced service environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex client portfolios with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.
• Confident creating and polishing presentations, pitch decks and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with creative assets (video / artwork), understanding creative briefs and brand guidelines, and giving clear feedback to design and motion graphics resources.
• Strong coordination skills for managing content schedules across multiple screens, sites and installations, with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable liaising with technical teams and understanding the basics of music delivery systems, scheduling software, and client installations.
• Commercially astute, with confidence in identifying and shaping new opportunities.
• Comfortable handling a higher volume of tasks and requests — organised, calm under pressure, and good at prioritising.
• Strong at relationship building, but also happy being hands-on and detail-focused (follow-ups, approvals, coordination, chasing actions).
• Interest in music, culture, and design is a plus, but this role is first and foremost about great account management — reliability, communication, and delivering a strong client experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional language(s) an advantage.
Location
Based in London, with occasional travel in the UK and Europe.
Salary
£35k - £38k
