What You Will Be Doing: Around 50 outbound B2B sales calls per day Account management to increase and develop sales opportunities within existing clients Upselling on incoming customer enquiries Processing orders, producing quotations and raising invoices Handling customer queries and resolving complaints through to resolution Managing a geographical area Contacting regular clients to identify needs and promote special offers Producing and sending mailshots and maintaining the database Ensuring the system is kept fully up to date This role is a genuine mix of new business sales, account management, customer support, problem solving and administration.
You will need to be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
