Account Manager

The Role

  • Home-based position with full flexibility
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while driving new business
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry socials
  • Deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales strategy

  • Experience within Umbrella Services is essential
  • Confident, personable salesperson who thrives face-to-face
  • Natural relationship builder - the kind of person people enjoy doing business with
  • Highly organised with strong time management
  • Proven experience in a client-facing sales role
  • Quick to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The Package

  • Basic salary: £40,000 – £50,000
  • Realistic OTE: £80,000+ (uncapped)
