As an Account Manager, you're responsible for bringing in new business and maximising/ servicing the existing clients you have. There is progression as you grow into the role to move into pure Account Management as your client base does grow.

Our client is a forward-thinking tech company based in the events industry space.They have a market-leading virtual, hybrid, and in-person event platform takes engagement to the next level, offering interactive features such as real-time video and chat networking, live polling, and video breakout rooms.

The ideal candidate will be able to commute to Dorset 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities & day to day duties As an Account Manager you will be expected to: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers in order to win new accounts and maximise existing business Manage a variety of different clients and take them through the whole sales process, including onboarding and then growing the account to gain long term relationships Pipeline management of new business and prospecting new accounts - Scoping out new projects, creating and sending proposals Software demonstrations Onboarding new customers through different channels such as inbound leads, outbound prospecting, netwo...
