Manage and nurture a portfolio of key B2B accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services Deliver tailored account plans and renewal strategies Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions Monitor account performance and provide updates to management Resolve client queries promptly to maintain trust and loyalty What we would like from you:
