Key Role Responsibilities:
- Own the growth and engagement strategy for key public sector accounts.
- Build lasting relationships with stakeholders up to C-suite level.
- Drive revenue through strategic upselling and identifying new opportunities within existing clients.
- Craft and maintain account development plans that align with customer needs.
- Articulate client challenges and match them with transformative digital solutions.
Key Attributes Required:
- 3+ years in SaaS account management or technical sales with consistent target achievement.
- Strong stakeholder management and enterprise solution selling experience.
- Consultative communication style with strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot).
- Understanding of the public sector, especially social housing, is a distinct advantage.
