Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Own the growth and engagement strategy for key public sector accounts.
  • Build lasting relationships with stakeholders up to C-suite level.
  • Drive revenue through strategic upselling and identifying new opportunities within existing clients.
  • Craft and maintain account development plans that align with customer needs.
  • Articulate client challenges and match them with transformative digital solutions.


Key Attributes Required:

  • 3+ years in SaaS account management or technical sales with consistent target achievement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and enterprise solution selling experience.
  • Consultative communication style with strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot).
  • Understanding of the public sector, especially social housing, is a distinct advantage.
