We are now seeking an Account Support Executive, based on site here in Birmingham, to support some of our largest customers in the retail sector. The role of the Account Support Executive is to be the office-based customer liaison.You will work closely with the account management team to establish and agree activities. By working with customer stakeholders and internal colleagues, your ownership of service delivery will enable Account Managers to spend more time with the customer.
