Contract – Account Support Officer – Hardware Inside IR35 | Hybrid/London | Global Gaming Environment 12-month contract - £250-£300 per day
We are seeking a highly organised and process-driven Account Support Officer – Hardware to support the provisioning, tracking, and compliance management of secure development hardware across a global partner network. This role sits within a fast-paced technical operations environment and is critical to ensuring development partners worldwide receive the hardware access they need securely, compliantly, and efficiently. You will not be developing games or engineering hardware. Instead, you will ensure the operational integrity, security, and lifecycle management of sensitive development equipment.
Key Responsibilities Provision development hardware schemes to new and existing game developers and partners via ticket support workflows. Manage local development hardware inventory, tracking logs, and hardware recalls. Collaborate on hardware security incidents and support their investigation and resolution. Coordinate with third-party vendors for logistics, shipping, and warehouse storage requirements. Resolve partner challenges relating to hardware access, allocation, and expansion requests.
