Accountant - German Speaking

Location: Kingswinford, Dudley

Salary: Negotiable (DOE)

Our client is a leading company in the Mobility/Accessibility industry and is seeking to employ a Accountant - German Speaking - Supporting the Group Financial Controller to produce accurate, timely and meaningful financial information to support the business in driving forward.

The role is reporting to the Group Financial Controller.

Duties:

• Assist in producing monthly management accounts and forecast for Group legal entities

• Support reconciliation of stock, COS, GRNI and WIP at month, quarter and year end

• Support in producing P&L accounts for Group legal entities

• Investigate any variances, providing commentary to support and resolution as appropriate

• Produce reports and analyses to support business reviews and decision making, in a timely manner

• Support reconciliation of divisional balance sheets, identifying and investigating any issues to resolution

• Produce KPI reports and analysis of these measures to drive continuous business improvement

Personal Specification:

• Qualified or Studying towards an accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA)

• Business standard German fluency

• Two-years practical experience in a finance role in a manufacturing /

engineering business

• Advanced Excel capability

• Experience in using ERP systems
