Permanent Management Accountant job in Walsall paying £45,000 - £55,000 per annum for a construction company Your new company Are you a driven Management Accountant looking to take ownership of your work in a fast paced, growing construction environment? Hays Senior Finance are exclusively working with a company who are looking for a confident finance professional to join their team in Walsall and play a key role in shaping the financial performance of their business. As the Management Accountant, you ll be the financial heartbeat of the operation providing accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and proactive support to project teams and senior leadership. You ll help the company understand the numbers behind their projects, improve profitability, and strengthen their financial processes as they continue to grow. Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis Support project managers with cost reporting, budgeting, and financial planning Monitor project performance, margins, and cash flow Providing financial analysis as and when needed Assist with year end processes and external audits Drive improvements in financial controls and reporting efficiency They will either be, studying towards an accounting qualification or be a fully qualified accountant. The candidate will be happy working in a construction business based in Walsall on a hybrid working arrangement.
