The firm supports a diverse client base of around 300 businesses, including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships across varied industries. They are an authorised training provider for ACA, ACCA, and AAT qualifications and run a Management Development Programme to accelerate career progression.Your New RoleAs a Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 150 clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services. You will oversee workflow planning, supervise and mentor junior team members, and contribute to practice development initiatives. This role is ideal for a newly qualified accountant looking to step into management and develop leadership skills.
