We are seeking an Accounting Operations Manager join our team! The successful candidate will have experience in job costing for construction, be highly organized, detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for completing all bookkeeping tasks for multiple companies including account reconciliations, posting payments and confirmations, reviewing financial statements and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports. Experience with Sage, QBO, Microsoft 365, Buildium, Innago a plus. Health/Dental Insurance negotiable.!

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit, or construction draws Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses Build Connections with bankers, CPA, Insurance agents, and other professionals Review costs for optimal budget planning Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures Monthly and Annual closing/reporting for all entities Assisting the owners with day-to-day needs Purchasing agent for offices

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction and financial services Knowledge of common accounting practices Strong leadership qualities Ability to work under pressure

Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, Insurance negotiable, Paid time off earned after 9 months, Salary depends on experience.
