This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Manager from Practice to lead a talented and ambitious team, provide oversight of the day-to-day operations and contribute strategically to the firm’s growth journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and mentoring a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants across compliance and advisory functions Overseeing operational delivery and workflow management across the practice Acting as the bridge between client delivery teams and the leadership board to ensure alignment on service standards, commercial objectives, and strategic direction Supporting business development activity, including client onboarding, fee negotiations, and retention strategy Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and team capability Championing a people-first culture and supporting employee development initiatives
