MAIN DUTIES Perform the daily banking process and maintain store receipts and payments. Ensure all lodgments are ready for collection. Maintain internal reports for monthly submission to Head Office. Ensuring the refunds and credits procedure is followed and the refund summary report is kept accurate. Ensure all admin payments are processed onto the system in a timely manner. Spot check the daily float bags to ensure accuracy. Report any tender discrepancies to the Administration Manager. Review the debtors reconciliation to ensure it balances and any variances are investigated and reported to the Administration Manager. Delivery dockets are to be filed and later matched with supplier invoices when they are received. Match invoices to corresponding delivery dockets ensuring price, product, and quantity match. Once batch has been approved, a prop approved report must be run and checked to FAM report when received. Ensure the stock adjustment periodic reports are checked daily and any cost adjustments / variances are accounted for, this includes any central price protections, in accordance with the Allocation of Funds. Ensure that supplier reconciliations are actioned and completed by required time. Action all error reports received from Head Office immediately. Raise and process credit claims as required. Send copies of claims to the relevant areas. Check off claims against the stock adjustment periodic reports before processing, correct any variances. Match credit notes to credit claims and process accordingly. Prepare the paperwork for the stock take financial result. Prepare all paperwork for month end submission. GENERAL Complete filing of store documentation as required. Ensure that all relevant memorandums are read, understood, and implemented. Ensure that any request made by Brent House is acted upon promptly Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time to fulfill your role as an Accounts Administrator.
