We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable business based in Tunbridge Wells. Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team in a varied and hands-on role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong Sage experience who enjoys working in a supportive and professional environment.
Accounts Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including purchase and sales ledger
Processing invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently
Reconciling bank statements and company accounts
Maintaining and updating financial records using Sage software
Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
Handling supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
Preparing basic financial reports for management review
Accounts Administrator Key Requirements:
Proven experience in an accounts or finance administration role
Strong working knowledge of Sage (essential)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience is essential
