Manage and deliver accounting and business advisory services to clients within the professional services industry. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high performance and development. Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and management accounts. Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on financial matters and business planning. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery. Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated client solutions.

Qualifications

A professional qualification in accounting such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent. Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proven ability to manage and develop a team in the accounting & finance sector. Experience in providing advisory services to clients within professional services. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
