Are you an Accounts Assistant with experience using Xero, QuickBooks, or similar software, looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive and fast-growing business?

You'll play a key role within the finance team, supporting the day-to-day running of accounts across a well-established company delivering a wide range of waste management services across the UK.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, including processing supplier and sales invoices, monitoring and chasing outstanding payments, and reconciling supplier statements. You'll also support wider finance administration tasks such as bank reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records, and investigating and resolving any discrepancies or queries.
