As our Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team with accurate financial processing, reporting, and general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day accounts processing, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures Maintain accurate financial records and databases Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies Assist with payroll and other finance-related administrative tasks as required Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations Requirements: Previous experience in an accounts or finance role Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Good organisational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive and reliable with a professional approach Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (full-time) Typically Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:30) Maternity cover position, commencing 01/02/2026 for a minimum of 9 months Our Benefits Package: 28 days holiday per year, including Bank Holidays Meals provided while on duty Uniforms supplied according to role requirements Preferential accommodation rates Share of service charge Free onsite parking If you are organised, detail-focused, and looking to grow your career in hospitality finance, wed love to hear from you.
