Are you looking for an Accounts assistant role in the beautiful area that is the cotswolds? We have a rare opportunity to join a recognisable business on a 6 month FTC in their established accounts team.
Your key responsibilities:
Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Assisting with bank reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies
Maintaining and updating financial records within the accounting system
Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts
Handling supplier queries and managing payment runs
Assisting with credit control and monitoring outstanding invoices
Posting journals, accruals, and prepayments
Supporting audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy
Providing general administrative support to the finance team]
