Accounts Assistant

I am currently recruiting for a Accounts Assistant for my client based in Farnham.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing purchase orders (POs) and requisitions.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Match purchase orders with invoices and delivery notes.
Contact suppliers to obtain price quotations and delivery schedules.
Follow up on outstanding orders and ensure timely delivery.
Assist in inventory checks and report stock levels as needed.
File and organize procurement documents for easy retrieval.
Help maintain supplier databases and contact lists.
Support the senior purchasing staff in other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
System Knowledge: Ideally proficient in Xero.
