Accounts Assistant Hours: 8.00am

4.00pmMonday to Friday Main duties of the post: Administrative Support:

Perform a variety of administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the accounts department. Financial Processing:

Contribute to the end-to-end processing of invoicing, payroll, and purchase ledger activities. Data Management:

Execute accurate manual data entry and maintain up-to date financial records. Quality Control:

Conduct thorough checks and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy. Reporting:

Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial reports for departmental review. The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as dictated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

Essential skills and experience: Proficient use of Microsoft packages including word and excel Experience of working in an accounts department or similar administrative capacity Fluent in both written and spoken English Desirable skills and experience: Experience of using Microsoft Dymamics (Navision) Personnel Specification: Ability to work with minimum supervision within a team environment Polite and professional telephone manner Must be able to work in an efficient manner and good attention to detail
