Accounts Manager – Independent Accountancy Practice – Croydon £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing: Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, building strong relationships and becoming their trusted advisor

Reviewing and overseeing the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, VAT returns and corporation tax

Leading and developing a small team of juniors and seniors, offering support, training and guidance

Getting involved in process improvement, workflow planning and supporting the partners in the day-to-day running of the team

Handling more complex queries and being the go-to for clients when they need clear, commercially-minded advice
