WeareworkingwithaNorthallerton-basedbusinesswhoarelookingtoappointanAccountsGeneralistonapart-timebasistojointhemona12-monthcontract.Thiswouldbecirca.20hoursperweek.

Youwillideallyhaveavarietyofexperienceacrossaccountsandbeconfidentinyourabilitytosuperviseandsupportthewiderfinanceteam.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

  • Produceroutinereconciliationstoensurefinancialaccuracy
  • Supportreportingandinformationforkeystakeholders
  • Creditcontrol,includingchasingandcollectingmoniesduefromcustomers
  • Otherad-hocworkasrequiredtosupporttheFinancefunction.
  • Newcustomersetupandreviewofcreditterms
  • ProducingCustomerinvoicesandcreditnotes
  • Beapointofcontactforanyfinancequeries

Youwillhave:

  • Experienceinasimilarrole
  • Accuracyandmeticulousattentiontodetail
  • Excellentcommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal
  • AATorAccountingdegreequalificationpreferred
  • WorkingknowledgeofMicrosoftExcelandothercomputersystemsanddatabases
  • Abilitytouseinitiativetoorganisethemselvesandotherstoensuredeadlinesaremet
  • Aflexibleteamplayerwiththeabilitytoworkproactively
