WeareworkingwithaNorthallerton-basedbusinesswhoarelookingtoappointanAccountsGeneralistonapart-timebasistojointhemona12-monthcontract.Thiswouldbecirca.20hoursperweek.Youwillideallyhaveavarietyofexperienceacrossaccountsandbeconfidentinyourabilitytosuperviseandsupportthewiderfinanceteam.Responsibilitiesinclude:ProduceroutinereconciliationstoensurefinancialaccuracySupportreportingandinformationforkeystakeholdersCreditcontrol,includingchasingandcollectingmoniesduefromcustomersOtherad-hocworkasrequiredtosupporttheFinancefunction.NewcustomersetupandreviewofcredittermsProducingCustomerinvoicesandcreditnotesBeapointofcontactforanyfinancequeriesYouwillhave:ExperienceinasimilarroleAccuracyandmeticulousattentiontodetailExcellentcommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbalAATorAccountingdegreequalificationpreferredWorkingknowledgeofMicrosoftExcelandothercomputersystemsanddatabasesAbilitytouseinitiativetoorganisethemselvesandotherstoensuredeadlinesaremetAflexibleteamplayerwiththeabilitytoworkproactivelyFormoreinformation,pleasespeaktoNicolaatSiRecruitment.JBRP1_UKTJ
