Accounts Payable, Commission & Accounts Receivable - ASC Manager

ASC Manager Millennium and Copthorne Hotels UK are looking for The ASC Manager, this role is based in our Head Office and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the AP and AR functions for the M&C UK - ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow, vendor relationships, and customer satisfaction through effective financial management and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities are: Manage the full cycle of accounts payable including invoice receipt, validation, coding, approval, and payment processing. Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure proper documentation and timely approvals. Prepare weekly and monthly AP aging reports and cash requirements forecasts. Manage end-to-end commission processes, including calculation, validation, posting, and disbursement using Opera Cloud PMS Liaise with third-party agencies and payment platforms (e.g., Onyx) to streamline processing and resolve inquiries. Generate detailed reports on commission activity, trends, and outstanding balances. Act as a Concur system administrator for configuration, user access, and troubleshooting. Partner with Payroll, HR, and Finance teams to ensure accurate accounting and reimbursement timelines Serve as the primary liaison with SAP Concur support for issue resolution and system enhancements. Supervise the billing process, ensuring invoices are generated accurately and in a timely manner. Review and approve credit limits and terms in coordination with the credit control team. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
