We're partnering with a growing, multi-entity business to appoint an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to take ownership of a busy P2P function in Greater Manchester. This role combines leadership and delivery. You'll oversee a team of AP analysts locally, alongside offshore support, ensuring supplier payments are accurate, controlled and delivered on time across a complex operational environment. What you'll be doing: Leading and motivating the AP team, setting standards and driving performance Managing payment cycles, reconciliations and aged ledger integrity Handling complex supplier queries and resolving escalations Supporting month-end processes, including accruals and ledger reviews Identifying process improvements within a high-volume setting What we're looking for: Strong AP / P2P background Previous team leadership or supervisory experience Confident working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment Solid systems exposure (SAP highly desirable) Analytical, solutions-focused and calm under pressure Finance qualification (part-qualified or studying) preferred This is a great opportunity for a senior AP professional ready to further establish themselves in a team leader role within a structured but evolving finance function.
