40k Accounts Payable Clerk Position available in London - Property Firm Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Salary: £40,000 per annum Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote) Industry: Property About the Role We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a leading property firm in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounts payable and advanced Excel skills to become part of a dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, coding, and approvals.

Ensure timely and accurate supplier payments and reconciliation of supplier statements. Handle queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records and assist with month-end closing processes.

Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis using Excel. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Requirements Minimum 8 years' experience in accounts payable roles.

Strong knowledge of AP processes and best practices. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis). Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams. Experience within the property sector is highly desirable. Benefits Competitive salary of £40,000.
