Accountancy Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on an Accounts Portfolio Manager opportunity on behalf of our client, a progressive firm of Chartered Accountants in Bridgwater.
Perfect for an ACCA/ ACA qualified individual working in general practice looking for continued professional development and an excellent work/ life balance.
Managing a portfolio of clients ranging across a variety of sectors involving client facing advisory work, business development, managing WIP, and working closely with the Partners.

The Role:
Managing all aspects of the client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact
Monitoring and review of statutory accounts
Preparation and review of tax compliance
Management reporting packs
Identifying tax planning opportunities
Managing WIP
Mentoring junior staff and reviewing their work
Assisting with other ad hoc assignments
Client meetings
Business development

You:
ACA/ ACCA Qualified
Experience of managing a client portfolio
A strong background in accountancy practice
Good working knowledge of FRS102 reporting standards
Excellent communication skills
